Release history

The site version (v0.1.30, shown in the nav of every page) increments on every release, and each release is one push to the dev branch of SGit-AI/SGit-AI__Website__Ruv. The git log is the authoritative audit trail; this page is the human-readable index of it. The same convention as sgit.ai and newsroom.sgit.ai.

VersionDateCommitChanges
v0.1.302026-10-16this releaseThe next phase, drafted: from the talk to the service (run r12-next-phase). Article No. 9 (DRAFT for Dinis to check and fine-tune): a debrief of where the site is and the brief for turning ruv.sgit.ai into the site that offers the ruv.sgit service through a marketplace of providers: three audiences (buyers, providers, learners), the founding providers (Dinis Cruz and Mondweep, from the Agentics Foundation), the rules of engagement (open source, client code and data stay the client's, changes committed back, revenue split equally between the parties, whoever has the client bills), how an engagement works, the provider application and waiting list, every current page mapped to its new place with the new menu and the breaking changes, a phased plan (runs r13 to r17) and open questions. The historical record of the site before the change: 15 screenshots and data/site-map-2026-10-16.json (site/build/site_map.py).

v0.1.292026-10-15git 7518050Additive, not deficit: 'autonomy you can trust' reworded (run r11-position). At Dinis's request, every line that implied rUv's stack cannot be trusted without sgit and ABPs is reworded as what we add. The claim slide now reads 'Autonomy goes further with a memory and a mandate.'; the equation closes with 'autonomy with a memory and a mandate'; the spoken claim credits Ruflo's own policy engine and memory, then names what we add (a memory with history, encrypted before it leaves the agent; a mandate, written down, compiled into Ruflo's own policy engine). 'The weak link', 'go to town' and 'without a vault' are gone from the talk, the site, the README and the articles; the studio run 1 memory result is stated plainly. The long read and walking backwards note the rewording. Historical records (the ledger, evidence, run specs) are unchanged.

v0.1.282026-10-15git cedf878Five articles after the talk (run r10-articles). Run r10-articles (5 workers, 7 commits, plaintext found on the server 0, fresh clone identical, vault deleted and verified) wrote five articles while it was fresh: The talk, slide by slide (a long read with 93 screenshots); The talk, live (13 animations embedded with their own controls); How it was made (the history from agents the session ran itself to ruv.sgit runs, with its numbers computed by a script); The talk player (every feature, a business for somebody to build, and Claude speaking for itself); Walking backwards (the non-linear path to the features, failures and bugs included). The Articles menu lists them.

v0.1.272026-10-15git 158d113The talk stops at the end of the deck. In any mode (auto on or off, playing), the talk now stops at the end of its last slide; Space no longer runs on into the extras. Only » or → enters them.
Pages: talk/player.html
v0.1.262026-10-15git d05cba1Open source: the business model, before the newsroom. A new slide before newsroom.sgit.ai: 'Open source is the best business model for a startup', with eight live screenshots of open-source.sgit.ai (the front page, for founders, survivability, the history 1955 to 2026, Apache-2.0 rather than MIT, funding, open core, and a phone). A still, 15 s.
Pages: talk/slides/opensource/index.html
v0.1.252026-10-15git 734a1c6More room for the slide. The player gives the slide more of the screen: a slimmer brand strip and title, a one-line subtitle, tighter margins, a 90 px control bar, and live slides now fill all the space left (they were fixed at 58% of the height). On a 1280x800 screen the live slide grows from 464 to 575 px tall; on 1000x560 from 325 to 375.

v0.1.242026-10-15git e894eb4Nothing plays unless you press play; the newsroom and a thank-you close the talk; extras set apart. Fix: stepping and going back no longer start playback; only ▶ or Space do. Going back (‹, «, a swipe back) always pauses; landing on the end of a step pauses. New slides: newsroom.sgit.ai, a still of eight of its views (front page, an article, ways to read one article, the wire as a graph, the desk, the newsletter, collections, a phone), live screenshots; and a closing 'Thank you, and thank you rUv. I don't think we have time for questions 🙂 so message my agent: agent@riskmandate.ai.' The timeline bar shows the extras after a small gap, shaded in the warm colour.

v0.1.232026-10-15git 1f5e46e› on a live slide lands on each part fully built. On live (animated) slides, › and ‹ now stop only on the end of each step, a second before the next part begins, so every press shows that part fully built and paused (no blank frames at the start of an act, no half-faded frames). Text slides keep start and end stops.
Pages: talk/player.html
v0.1.222026-10-15git bd8fb94Steps have a start and an end. Every step of a slide now has two stops: its start and its end (just before the next step begins, so that part is fully built). › moves start → end → next start → next end; ‹ goes back the same way. Landing on an end pauses there, so you can talk over the finished picture; landing on a start plays on.

v0.1.212026-10-15git d80354bFour more studio animations in the talk. Studio v1 (the diagram that builds), v2 (messages in flight), v4 (the policy gate) and v5 (the isometric office) now play in the talk before the hive in 3D, 20 s each with their animation compressed to fit (slide.speed 1.4 to 1.74). Each page now runs on assets/clock.js, so the player pauses, speeds and steps it, and with ?once it plays once and holds its final frame (standalone, it still loops). The talk is 10:53 with them; skip any with » if time is short.

v0.1.202026-10-15git 0522cffA punchline on the infographic; a ruv.sgit logo and badge. The AI infographic of rUv's stack now lands a punchline on its second step: '… but that was before we had ruv.sgit 🙂', before the ruv.sgit-made version. A logo for ruv.sgit (a hive hexagon with a vault keyhole and three workers), an icon and a 'built with ruv.sgit' badge, in site/assets/brand/ (SVG).
Pages: talk/player.html
v0.1.192026-10-15git 82983a3The ask: build a company on it (run r9-ask); rUv's sites in the closing gallery. Run r9-ask (1 worker; vault measured, 0 plaintext found, fresh clone identical, deleted and verified) replaced 'pick one of three POCs' with the ask that fits: the business plan pages shown one by one from real screenshots (the business model, four services, consultants, companies, internal teams, the shop), all of it open source (our code Apache-2.0, rUv's projects MIT), and 'Build a company on this, or add it to your services.' The closing gallery adds ruv.io, github.com/ruvnet/ruflo and github.com/ruvnet/ruvector (live screenshots).
Pages: talk/slides/ask/index.html, talk/slides/visit/index.html
v0.1.182026-10-15git ecc01baruv.sgit in motion: no overlapping text on a slide. The motion page's number tiles and source line no longer overlap when it is shown inside the talk player (short heights): tiles shrink and clip, labels stay on one line, and the source line is one line.
Pages: ruv-sgit/motion/index.html
v0.1.172026-10-15git a5ca2e7sgit and ABPs explained (run r8-explain); a shorter talk; animations finish when a slide holds. Run r8-explain (2 workers; vault measured, 0 plaintext found, fresh clone identical, deleted and verified) made two explainers that now follow RuVector: what an sgit vault is (encrypted on the client, versioned like git with measured median timings, ephemeral when you want) and what an Agent Behaviour Policy is (a written mandate per role, compiled into Ruflo's policy engine in enforce mode, POC1's outcomes and receipts). The talk is shorter (9:38, 19 slides): slides that run faster than their animation set slide.speed so the live page fits. When a slide holds at its end (auto off), its animation now plays on to its own final frame instead of stopping with the slide. The talk timer has a ↺ reset button.

v0.1.162026-10-15git 88268deThe claim and rUv's stack, animated (run r7-claim). Run r7-claim (2 workers; vault measured, 0 plaintext found, fresh clone identical, deleted and verified). The claim slide is now an animation: a worker's memory encrypted as it leaves the agent, versioned as a commit, scoped to one run and deleted, and a written mandate, ending on four panels with numbers read from data/vaults.json and data/report.json. rUv's stack: the old AI infographic stays for 10 s, labelled as made before ruv.sgit, followed by the same picture made with ruv.sgit: the five layers built bottom up with their pinned versions, then where sgit plugs in (a vault around the memory, one vault per hive run, an ABP in Ruflo's policy engine). The ask and the motion slide gave 5 s each; the talk is still 600 s.
Pages: talk/slides/claim/index.html, talk/slides/stack/index.html, talk/player.html
v0.1.152026-10-15git b30fb3dHome page alignment; no overflow in the header or the slide strip. Home: the equation animation sits at the top of the hero beside the headline (it floated in the middle), at its own 1280x600 shape (no empty band), and plays once and holds. Header: the Menu button takes over below 960 px so the nav, GitHub and theme picker never push the page sideways (it overflowed at 828 px). Slides: the brand strip drops the event name below 1150 px and the GitHub address below 760 px instead of cutting it off.
Pages: index.html, talk/player.html
v0.1.142026-10-15git 4d2a12erun-website-locally.sh at the root of the repository. ./run-website-locally.sh [port] serves the site on http://localhost:8080 with Python 3 only (no setup, no network) and opens tonight's talk; linked from the README, Replicate and llms.txt.
Pages: replicate.html
v0.1.132026-10-15git 65dd44fThe GitHub link in the top banner, and how to run it offline. Every page's top banner links to the source on GitHub, and every slide's brand strip shows github.com/SGit-AI/SGit-AI__Website__Ruv. Replicate opens with 'Run it on your laptop, offline' (just the talk: python3 -m http.server -d site 8080; everything: scripts/offline.sh), linked from the Tonight menu.
Pages: replicate.html, talk/player.html
v0.1.122026-10-15git 0c7800bThe talk player: a talk timer, auto-advance as a choice, and a slide picker. A talk timer (bottom right, Z): it starts when you start speaking and keeps running whatever slide you go to, until you stop it; it survives a reload; its colour compares it with the plan for the slide on screen (teal ahead, amber a little late, red behind, with the minutes). Auto-advance is now a button (H): off by default, so each slide stops at its end until you move on; on, the talk plays through. ☰ slides (G) opens every slide, extras included, with each live slide's steps, to jump straight to one during questions.
Pages: talk/player.html
v0.1.112026-10-15git 420c226The talk, reworked: step-by-step controls, speed, a countdown, and six new slides from run r6-talk. Dinis's notes on the talk, turned into run r6-talk (5 workers; vault measured, 0 plaintext found, fresh clone identical, deleted and verified). The player: play on the left; previous/next slide (« ») and previous/next step (‹ ›) on the right; a speed control (0.75× to 2×); a step track under the timeline for every slide; a countdown to the next slide; hold mode (stop at the end of each slide); tap for the next step and swipe for the next slide on an iPad; a loading indicator; the live pages now pause, speed up and step with the player (assets/clock.js) and play once instead of looping; a service worker keeps every file the talk has used, and the player loads each live slide once in the background. New slides: the equation opens the talk; RuVector's README 'Security and governance' section, screenshotted and highlighted, then where sgit adds; a real vault's history from run r5-market and POC2; how to read the ledger; the four services with their prices; the shop walkthrough from real screenshots; and where to find it. The case study and Ruflo's default became extras after the timed talk. The shop lost its 'not automated end to end' warning and gained a three-step order strip.

v0.1.102026-10-15git 3804ec2Work with us: four services, a shop that emails the order, the business model to copy; and an offline mode. Run r5-market (6 workers, 8 commits, plaintext found on the server 0, fresh clone identical, vault deleted and verified) wrote four services, mix and match and not automated end to end: task runs on shared infrastructure in three sizes (£10/£20/£50, £9/£17/£40 with your own key), dedicated compute per task (designed, not built), a maintained repo subscription, and expert time (£500/£1,500/£5,000). An economist priced them from a cost model (data/offers.json), a cartographer drew a Wardley map per service (data/maps.json, assets/maps.js), a writer turned both into the business model article, pages for consultants, companies and internal teams, and a shop whose checkout emails the order to agent@riskmandate.ai (no payment). An editor checked every price and claim against the catalogue. New: scripts/offline.sh runs everything on a laptop with no network after one setup (the POCs, the site, and a ruv.sgit run on a local vault server, its ledger kept in out/offline/); mermaid, three.js and marked now load from site/vendor/ instead of a CDN.

v0.1.92026-10-15git b142678A home page for rUv's community, the definition animated, and RuVector quoted in its own words. Run r4-hero rewrote the home page's main section for Ruflo, AgentDB, RuVector and MetaHarness users: their tools credited in their own READMEs' words (Ruflo's hive-mind, its policy engine with legacy, observe and enforce modes and decision receipts, AgentDB memory), what sgit.ai builds on them, three ways in with the exact commands, and the equation animation in place of the 'Two worlds' image. Its researcher found that 'no encryption at rest' and 'no document versioning' are not in RuVector's README (it has snapshots and copy-on-write branching): corrected on nine pages and in the talk with exact quotes from its 'Security and governance' section, and a generated infographic that marked versioning, branching and cloning as missing was removed. Its editor's 18 line fixes applied (no 'signed' mandate: the ABP is written and owned; Ruflo's legacy mode named, not 'default'). Run r3-define animated the definition 'ruv.sgit: a Ruflo hive + sgit vaults + Agent Behaviour Policies' three ways (equation, layers, journey), with an editor's 13 must-fixes applied in a second round; the layers is now the talk's ruv.sgit slide. Both runs' vaults were measured, deleted and verified; the ledger holds four runs.
Pages: index.html, ruv-sgit/define/equation/index.html, ruv-sgit/define/layers/index.html, ruv-sgit/define/journey/index.html, talk/talk-10.json, ruv-stack.html, use-cases.html, pocs.html
v0.1.82026-10-15git 27dd922ruv.sgit: the first run made in an ephemeral vault. ruv.sgit, a Ruflo hive + sgit vaults + Agent Behaviour Policies: each piece of feedback becomes a run whose memory and output is one ephemeral sgit vault on a local vault server, a branch per worker, measured on close and deleted. Run r2-materials made this release's materials: ruv.sgit in motion, the vault ledger, a case study of one ephemeral vault, and the ten-minute script reworked memory-first (16 beats, studio v3, v6 and v7 and the three new pages on slides); an editor worker found 11 must-fixes (claims beyond what was measured), all applied, and the runner now measures more (files delivered apart from the brief; a verified delete: 0 store paths left, a clone afterwards fails). The talk player can be left (X) and is embedded on the talk page; llms.txt is rewritten as the agents' briefing; the ruv.sgit hub page is new.
Pages: ruv-sgit/index.html, ruv-sgit/motion/index.html, ruv-sgit/ledger/index.html, ruv-sgit/case/index.html, talk/index.html, talk/player.html, llms.txt
v0.1.72026-10-15git a231dd8The newsroom's five themes, and slides that do not move. The five themes of newsroom.sgit.ai (Newsprint, Night, Paper, Blueprint, Ember) are now the site's colours: the token blocks are copied from its themes.css, the site's stylesheet names every colour through them, and a picker in the nav replaces the light/dark button. The talk player and the live app read the same tokens, so the slides, the site and the app change together (no more dark slides with a white app); T or the ◐ button picks the next theme in the player; terminals stay dark in every theme, as on the newsroom. Every slide now shares one frame: a brand strip (ruv.sgit.ai · rUv + sgit, the event, the slide number) and the title top left at the same position on all fourteen, with a source line under it; labels and captions that used to sit inside or under the slide moved there. Diagrams take their colours from the theme.
Pages: talk/player.html, app/index.html, index.html, assets/themes.css
v0.1.62026-10-15git 23030b3Review mode, and a bottom bar that does not move. The talk player has a review mode (the review button, V, or player.html?review): every beat as it looks at its end, all builds, rows, typed commands and outputs at once, no animation, the clock stopped, stepped with the arrows or a swipe. The beat title is gone from the bottom bar (the slide has its own), and the bar's pieces have fixed widths, so nothing in it moves from beat to beat. The live app no longer takes the keyboard when embedded, so the arrows keep working on its beat.
Pages: talk/player.html, talk/index.html, app/index.html
v0.1.52026-10-15git de7c6aaNavigation, version and name. The navigation is consolidated into four groups (Tonight, The idea, Proofs, Articles) with dropdowns, and a Menu button on phones; the site version is shown in the nav of every page and links here; this release history is new, with a .md twin; the collaboration is written rUv + sgit instead of rUv x sgit. The studio article and the setup brief are corrected on append lanes: sgit.ai documents a write-only append mode, which the bus protocol now maps onto.
Pages: admin/versions.html, articles/the-studio.html, articles/studio-setup-brief.html
v0.1.42026-10-15git e2070cfThe talk works on an iPad. Touch controls, swipe between beats, notes under the slide in portrait, a swipeable reader of the script, and the evening from the organisers' welcome deck (agenda, the 7:00 pm slot, who is in the room). Removed a regex lookbehind that older iPad Safari rejects.
Pages: talk/index.html, talk/player.html
v0.1.32026-10-15git b4276b3The studio and the articles. POC7: a Ruflo hive-mind (queen and eight roles) whose run made seven animations, from a diagram to a 3D city of vaults, with MP4s, the timed trace and the builders' token use. A new articles section in the newsroom's shape: the studio's plan and architecture, and a setup brief any agent can follow.
Pages: studio/index.html, articles/index.html, articles/the-studio.html, articles/studio-setup-brief.html
v0.1.22026-10-15git 0924c5eTonight's talk as a timeline, and the review fixes. A scripted ten-minute talk (and a five-minute cut) that plays on a clock, with a presenter view, a synced audience window, rehearsals and offline files. Fixes from an external review: the count of stopped actions (6 of 11: 4 denied, 2 approval), no sideways scrolling on phones, one h1 per page, WebP images.
Pages: talk/index.html, index.html, use-cases.html, pocs.html
v0.1.12026-10-15git 37e9ee5Build scripts in CI. site/build un-ignored: the Python .gitignore template's build/ rule hid the sync and validate scripts from CI.
v0.1.02026-10-15git 1b33ef1First release. Six proofs of concept of sgit vaults and Agent Behaviour Policies inside rUv's stack, and the website that explains them: home, rUv's stack, use cases, architecture, the POCs, replicate, the demo script and the live app.
