Seven animations of the same story: a Ruflo swarm with a written mandate per agent and memory in sgit vaults. From a diagram that builds to a city of vaults. Seven versions

Each version is one HTML file that reads its numbers from this site's data at load time. The videos are recordings of the live pages in headless Chromium (1280×720, software WebGL, so the 3D ones run slower than on a laptop).

The run, call by call

Every Ruflo call the hive made, from poc/poc7-studio/hive.sh and close.sh: who made it, what it was, how long it took. The raw trace is run.json.

The builders

One Claude Code subagent per version, all seven started together, each given only the spec and the data. Usage as reported by the host.

Delivered, as the hive recorded it

Each delivery was broadcast to the hive with the file's hash; this is read back from the hive's own state file.

What run 1 did not do

The workers were Claude Code subagents of the session that ran the hive, not processes launched by Ruflo's hive-mind work.
No vault was pushed: the session had no sgit server credentials it was allowed to use. The run folder is packed and ready; step 7 of the brief writes it to a vault.
